This Privacy Policy describes the information processed when you use paymentgatewaygaming.com, request gateway access, or join the gateway update list. It does not describe a merchant payment service that may be governed by a separate agreement.
Information you provide
The merchant form can collect your name, business email, company, website, industry, expected payment volume, message, and consent. The update form collects an email address. Please do not submit card numbers, bank credentials, passwords, government identifiers, or player personal data.
Technical information
Cloudflare may process IP address, user agent, request time, security signals, and delivery logs to operate and protect the site. The contact endpoint stores a one-way hash of the requesting IP address for short-term abuse prevention rather than storing the raw address in the lead record.
How information is used
Information is used to review merchant requests, respond to enquiries, assess eligibility, protect the form from abuse, maintain records, and send gateway updates when requested. It is not sold.
Storage and retention
Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare infrastructure. Records are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, security, and dispute handling.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to legal and security requirements. Use the contact page and identify the email address used in the original submission.
International processing
Website infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country. Appropriate contractual or legal safeguards are applied where required.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the website, forms, analytics, or service providers change. The effective date will be revised.
